It links to the offices, libraries, archives, and portals that hold records. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with Parker County, the City of Weatherford, a court, a library, or another custodian.

2. Rules for Use

Use the site and any material reached through it only for lawful purposes. You may not use them to:

  • Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm another person
  • Locate a person whose address is protected by a restraining or protective order
  • Commit fraud or identity theft
  • Make an FCRA-regulated decision involving credit, employment, tenant screening, or insurance

  • Disrupt the site’s operation, security, or availability

3. Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

Nothing on this reference, and nothing returned by a linked search tool, is a consumer report. It may not be used to assess eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another purpose regulated by the FCRA.

4. External Services

Government portals and outside services, including sponsored search tools, operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their records, content, costs, availability, data handling, or results. The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, Tex. Bus. & Com. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages connected to use of this reference or a linked resource, including actions taken in reliance on a record found through either.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the site operators harmless from claims, demands, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The site’s original writing, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. You may link to a page or quote a short excerpt with attribution. Republishing complete pages or systematically copying their content is prohibited.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version here. Continued use after a posted update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Restricting Access

We may suspend or limit access, without notice, when a user violates these terms, misuses record information, or interferes with the site.

11. Governing Texas Law

These terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Texas Public Information Act requests to a governmental custodian are governed by Tex.
